We couldn't have asked for a better location as we were right in the center of this charming city. The hotel facilities were super clean and the staff were great too make sure we had everything we needed. We were really surprised by the ample parking available and also appreciated the convenience of being close to transportation. The breakfast was fantastic and had a great selection including gluten-free options.

The hotel is located right in the center of a charming town with easy access to restaurants and the town square. the staff is pleasant and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Some rooms offer a great view of the surroundings, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast buffet provides a huge choice of different foods to satisfy everyone's tastes.
Language barriers might present a challenge as not all staff members can speak English fluently.

The location of the hotel was in the heart of the city which was perfect for exploring. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs and requests.
The room was outdated and had a strange odor. The noise level at night was unbearable and disrupted our sleep.

Good Location and Comfortable Rooms! During my Easter stay at the hotel, I was impressed with its location. It was central, and everything we needed was within walking distance. the rooms were quite comfortable and spacious. It was a relief to have a good night's sleep after an exhausting day exploring Jesenik. I enjoyed the remarkable breakfast. the food was delicious and filling, which set us in good stead for the day ahead.
Noise and Poor Customer Service! Unfortunately, my pleasant experience was marred by some negatives.
